Step 1: Explore Member Benefits

Before applying for membership, we encourage you to visit our Member Benefits page to discover the various tiers of membership available and determine which one best suits the needs and interests of your organization. Each tier offers distinct advantages tailored to different organizational requirements.

Step 2: Fill Out the Membership Form

Once you have identified the most suitable membership tier, proceed to fill out the Membership Form. This form serves as your official application to join AAEA. There are three sections: About the Organization, About You, and Membership Information. Please fill out what you can; the form may feel long, but other than the few required questions, everything else will just help us get to know you and your organization better and stay more connected. Please provide accurate information, including your organization's details and contact information.

Step 3: Invoice and Payment

After submitting the Membership Form, you will be redirected to our nonprofit payment page. Follow the steps below to pay your membership dues:

Online Payment Via Credit Card or ACH:

1. Select your membership level (LEVEL) and enter the “Buyer’s Information”*

2. Optional Support of Zeffy: Zeffy is a 100% free platform for nonprofits, helping us save on credit card fees. Zeffy suggests an additional optional amount to support their platform.

• To donate to Zeffy: Select one of their suggested amounts or click “Other” to type a specific amount.

• To skip the Zeffy support: Click “Other” and leave it blank or enter “0.”

3. Choose your payment method

• For amounts under $5,000: You can pay via card or ACH (bank transfer).

• For amounts $5,000 and over: Payment must be made through ACH only (credit card payments are not available)

4. Click “Confirm”. A receipt will be sent to the email provided.

Step 4: Confirmation and Website Inclusion

Upon receipt of payment, AAEA will promptly update its website to showcase your organization's logo and information in the designated membership section. This inclusion serves as acknowledgment of your membership status within the AAEA community.

Step 5: Enjoy Membership Benefits

Congratulations! You are now officially a part of the AAEA network. Take full advantage of the benefits associated with your chosen membership tier, including access to valuable resources, networking opportunities, and industry insights.
