Viridian is thrilled to announce the opening of the North Texas Viridian office. This office will continue to offer all of the same services and quality service that you have come to expect from the Little Rock and Fayetteville offices. Tricia Loe will serve as North Texas Regional Manager and head the new office.

Tricia has experience managing LEED projects, energy modeling for new construction and existing buildings, and performing building commissioning. She is a Building Energy Simulation Analyst, LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, and Interior Design and Construction.

Tricia is active in the USGBC North Texas Chapter where she serves on the Education and Events Committee as the Tours Subcommittee Chair.  She is on the Steering Committee for the University of Dallas Business & Society Network and the Green Team Chair for the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church.

During the next few weeks Tricia will be visiting with colleagues in North Texas area and introducing them to Viridian’s sustainable building services. Be sure to look for us at the Dallas AIA+2030 Professional Series™ (more info on the series below) starting February 10th.

If you’re in the Dallas area, stop by and see our new office. We’re in the historic Meadows Building near US 75 (Central Expressway) and Lovers Lane.  From the ninth floor office window you can look north and enjoy the view.  The office is conveniently located near downtown Dallas, and an easy drive to the Dallas Design District, North Dallas, Fort Worth, and other North Texas destinations.
